Personal Statement :
I've been in practice for over 20 years and I've had the opportunity of treating a wide range of emotional problems and symptoms. Whether or not you have a specific problem to solve, perhaps the most important benefit to be gained from psychotherapy is not only a relief of symptoms but also long-term personal growth and emotional awareness. Psychotherapy allows our deepest wishes and fears to surface, making way for true emotional awareness. With emotional awareness comes a better understanding of yourself and others, as well as relief and/or elimination of symptoms and a resolution of conflicts. This resolution will enhance your feelings of well-being and will lead to more satisfaction in life.
