Personal Statement :

People in therapy with me describe experiencing a deep relief that I am able to understand them so well and also that I know where to focus them in their journey to heal. I specialize in working with people who are in difficult or confusing situations. I work with individuals and couples on clearing up the confusion and upset in their lives that keep them from realizing their hopes and dreams.

I also specialize in working with graduate students who are seeking therapy to fulfill school requirements and/or for personal growth. I have a long history of guiding students to and through the areas that may be blocking their progress. Having taught interns in training for many years has enabled me to develop a strong theoretical background along with the skills necessary to guide people on their journey to self knowledge, the resolution of emotional pain and eventually to peace and tranquility.
